Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product was not delivered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged by misuse

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed for shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
